I reserve the right to modify terms, conditions, and notices at any time. By placing a commission or purchasing a premade, you indicate that you agree to be bound by these terms.NOTE:
This is a hobby job, not my full professional career. I do not have a lot of experience, but I understand good craftsmanship and am constantly improving. There may be small cosmetic flaws, asymmetry in markings, sewing errors, etc. I may make mistakes and not realize it. Please feel free to reach out to let me know, or ask for a repair. I am looking to learn and grow and become a great fursuit maker.AGE
All customers must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, I am required to work with your parent or legal guardian. By placing a commission or purchasing a fursuit for sale, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age or older, or are 16+ and have the explicit permission of a parent or guardian to make payments and voice your wishes during a fursuit commission. I require a written signature from a parent saying you have permission to spend money and voice your wishes.COMMUNICATION:
Please only use correct grammar and punctuation during communication so there is no room for misunderstanding. I cannot gauge how much you like a work in progress photo through most grammar though either, feel free to add exclamation points!!! Emojis! Shipping is an additional charge, the commissioner/buyer pays for shipping. I ship default with USPS or UPS. Once it is mailed and the suit or parts are out of my hands, I do not control it and am not responsible if it is lost. If such a thing occurs, I cannot refund, but I can possibly try and work something out. This is extremely unlikely, probably a one in a million chance a fursuit would get lost in the mail, and it is a big financial hit to both buyer and maker, I will try to work something out. This is a case by case scenario, that will most likely never happen! I do not pay custom fees on half of the customer, custom fees or tariffs are not my responsibility. I will not mark ‘gift’ on international packages to save funds.PAYMENT DISCLAIMER:
At this time, I only accept PayPal for payment. If the funds are on hold for any reason, due to processing or otherwise, I cannot buy materials until the funds are released to me. I have the right to refuse service to anyone. There are a few things that make me refuse service that you can be aware of yourself, the main ones are bewares made against your person quoting you as a bad customer, illicit material you have created or purchased publicly, and any criminal history. I will not sell to you if you create or consume NSFW art that can be seen as illegal. Example: feral, zoophilic, cub, anything underage. If you consume or create anything listed there, I ask you to take your business elsewhere.CUSTOM REFERENCES
I require clear concept art for a quote for a custom commission. If art is inaccurate, or there is simply no good visual reference, I will happily work with you to draw up a nice, clean reference for a small charge. The final product will be made based on the look of the concept art. Small differences may be present as the final size and shape of the costume will most likely be slightly differently shaped than the concept art. I am not responsible for including anything that is not present on the agreed-upon concept art.QUOTES

I love to design fursuits, and if you don’t have a character yet I’m happy to help. A custom character reference sheet can be made for a small charge, according to your wishes. If you only have $1600 to spend on a head for example, I’ll design you a character with colors and markings that fit in that $1600 range until you’re happy with it. After that, you’re free to commission a fursuit of that character! It will then be considered a custom commission, and is applicable to the rules below.CUSTOM COMMISSION PAYMENTS
I require a 40% non-refundable down payment to guarantee a custom commission that includes a head. For small part orders that do not include a head, 50% non-refundable down payment is required with the rest being paid before shipment. Further payments will be on a schedule agreed upon by maker and commissioner. Final payments must be received before the suit is completed. In the case of head commissions, once the head reaches the furring stage, progress comes to a halt until the remaining balance is paid. Smaller parts will be completed in the meantime. Example, if you order a head, tails, and paws with a payment plan, I will begin work on your head and stop progress when your base is complete and ready to begin furring. Then, I will complete your tail and paws. If the final payment is not received yet, I stop and wait.
In the case of parts commissions, I work until completion and wait to ship them out until final payment is received.
Commissions paid in full will usually get priority over commissions on payment plans. Late payment will result in a later completion date or a canceled commission if issues arise. If an issue arises where the commissioner must back out and the suit is partially completed, I will change the design accordingly and resell the suit. A refund cannot be given until another buyer is found. I only accept PayPal at this time for payment. All commissions are subject to the 40% nonrefundable deposit, including payments made in full. (50% for small parts)
Here is a custom commission timeline:
-40% nonrefundable deposit is made, materials are ordered
-Materials arrive, building begins
-The commission is halted once base is ready and reaches the furring stage
-Individual parts are completed
-Commission resumes when the rest of the payments are received
-Fursuit is completed some time after payments are received
-Commission finished, ready to be mailed
-Commission is mailed, maker asks buyer for the shipping charge and buyer sends itHEAD INFORMATION:
All fursuits are made on premade bases, I do not make my own. I most commonly use farukucostumes bases, WMW66, and DVC, but I am open to almost any other base, please ask.

I am usually able to create custom paw patterns on request, please ask first! If no exact paw pattern is requested, I default to use Kloofsuits' four and five finger puffy patterns. Paws are lined but not cuffed.TAILS:

I work very hard to provide fluent communication and frequent WIP photos. If you see anything you’d like changed in the early stages, please feel free to point it out! Don’t be afraid of nitpicking, this is your fursuit and I want to do my very best to make you happy.AFTER YOUR SUIT HAS ARRIVED…WARRANTY
All work is guaranteed for 30 days, beginning upon the date the item is received. Any alterations void the warranty. Most damages are fixed by a simple stitch, scissors, or a few drops of hot glue. If the owner is unable to fix it themselves, I will be happy to fix them if shipping is paid for. After 30 days, any fixes will include a small fee depending on how much work must be done.PICTURES/SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE
We will take many pictures and videos of your suit on our models before it is cleaned and mailed. Those pictures are ours to use for advertising and showing off our craftsmanship and examples of the fursuits we can make.
Please feel free to upload any pictures you’d like of you and your fursuit. It’s your property now! Please just credit your maker(s) appropriately now and then! If you ever see me at a convention, please say hello! If you take fursuit pictures by yourself and would like them posted on one of the social media accounts, send it on over! PREMADE PURCHASING INFORMATIONBUYING AN ALREADY MADE FURSUITSo you’ve decided to buy a premade fursuit, what comes next?
The fursuit sizing is usually made to fit our models or larger. You are responsible for sizing yourself accurately to see if it will fit you. I am not responsible for returns or exchanges if it does not fit you.
I currently do not accept payment plans for premades that have been finished and are ready to mail, unless the buyer would like additional parts. In that case, a payment plan will be worked out, minimum requirement is 40% down. The faster the plan is, the faster additional parts will be made. Payment must be received as soon as the suit has been ‘claimed’.
No refunds or returns. If you have financial problems, no longer want the suit, or dislike it for some reason and do not want it, you must resell yourself. I will help you resell it, but I will not offer refunds on my end. I will do my utmost to signal-boost your sale.
